TECHNOLOGY
THE MACHINE KEEPS ITS OWN RECORD.
Every CP-01 can maintain a local record of how the machine has actually operated — engine hours, battery activity, charging cycles, temperatures, cold starts, lighting operation and system events. That history stays with the machine, creating a useful record for maintenance, troubleshooting and fleet management.
THE BATTERY CHANGES HOW THE MACHINE WORKS.
The 48 V battery does more than power the lights. It separates lighting demand from diesel operation, allowing the machine to run on stored energy while the engine is off. When charging is required, DEG starts the engine and puts it to productive work, then shuts it down again when the required energy has been restored.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Monitors battery SOC and determines when the machine operates from stored energy.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT
Starts the diesel when useful work is required and charges the battery under a controlled, productive load.
MACHINE MANAGEMENT
Coordinates lighting, cold-weather heating, battery protection and other machine functions as one integrated system.
BUILT FOR THE WAY THE MACHINE ACTUALLY WORKS.
Battery power, engine operation, lighting and cold-weather systems are coordinated as one machine. DEG monitors conditions and manages each system around what the machine actually needs.
COLD-WEATHER INTELLIGENCE.
In severe cold, starting the engine is not the first step. The Arctic system can use stored battery energy to prepare critical components before the start is attempted. DEG monitors machine conditions while dedicated heating control manages the preheat sequence, helping protect the battery, fuel system, engine and controls before the diesel is asked to run.
THE MACHINE THINKS
BEFORE THE ENGINE STARTS.
DEG monitors battery state, temperature and machine conditions before the engine is asked to run. When energy is required, it can coordinate preheat, determine when the engine should start, manage the charging cycle and shut the engine down again when the required energy has been restored.
KNOW WHAT THE MACHINE HAS BEEN DOING — WITHOUT STANDING BESIDE IT.
CP-01 Connect can bring selected machine data beyond the tower itself. Fleet operators can see operating history, engine hours, battery performance, temperatures and system events remotely — while the machine’s core control continues to operate locally and independently.
ONE PLATFORM. BUILT TO EVOLVE.
CP-01 is designed around a common machine architecture that can grow with the application. Core provides the foundation. Arctic adds severe-cold capability. Hybrid adds battery energy storage and DEG energy management. The same platform can continue to evolve as battery, control, lighting and connectivity technologies advance.
ONE PLATFORM. BUILT TO EVOLVE.
CP-01 is designed around a modular control architecture. Battery management, cold-weather systems, lighting control and machine data can evolve without redesigning the entire tower. As better batteries, controls and connectivity become available, the platform can move forward with them.
