CP-01 HYBRID

CP-01 Hybrid changes how the machine operates. Stored energy powers the lights while DEG manages energy, engine operation and machine conditions. The diesel starts when charging is required, then shuts down again when the required energy has been restored.

That means light hours no longer have to equal engine hours. For much of the operating shift, the lights can remain on while the engine is off — reducing engine hours, fuel consumption and scheduled service.

The result is a light tower built around the work being done, not around keeping a diesel engine running all night.
